1. How the membership is delivered

Your membership is delivered online, inside the Vyaparhood app on your phone. As soon as your payment succeeds, membership is activated on your account — normally within a few minutes — and you can use every feature right away. We email you a receipt to your account’s email address.

2. Where it is available

Vyaparhood is available throughout India, on iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). There are no shipping or delivery charges.

3. If your membership isn’t active

If your payment went through but the app still shows the membership as locked after 24 hours, email support@vyaparhood.com with your account email and payment reference. We will activate it or refund the payment, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
